JuanPlus Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Should Know

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JuanPlus. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and JuanPlus ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the JuanPlus website, mobile site, and all associated services, including gaming products, payment processing, promotions, and customer support.

By creating a JuanPlus account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms in full without reservation. These Terms apply to all players regardless of whether they are based in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, or any other part of the Philippines.

2Eligibility

The JuanPlus platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by JuanPlus or any relevant regulatory authority.

JuanPlus strictly prohibits the registration or use of accounts by persons under the age of 18. We conduct age verification checks during the account approval and withdrawal verification process. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed, all funds removed, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required by law.

3Account Registration

To access JuanPlus games and services, you must create a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number or email address, and preferred payment method. JuanPlus reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration.

You are permitted to hold only one JuanPlus account. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support immediately to resolve it.

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension and voiding of any winnings.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your JuanPlus login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• All activity on your JuanPlus account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals processed — is your responsibility, provided you have not notified us of unauthorised access.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact JuanPlus support immediately and change your password.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your JuanPlus account is personal and non-transferable.

4Deposits & Payments

JuanPlus supports the following payment methods for deposits by Philippine players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and bank transfers via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, as well as Visa and Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that belong to the registered JuanPlus account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. JuanPlus does not accept cash deposits.

• Deposits are credited to your JuanPlus wallet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• JuanPlus does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposit limits may be applied at the platform level or at the player's own request via the responsible gaming settings.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited — contact support immediately if you believe an incorrect amount was processed.
• JuanPlus reserves the right to decline deposits from specific payment sources if we have reason to believe they involve fraud or money laundering.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals at JuanPlus are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit or to your registered GCash or Maya account. Withdrawals are available to accounts that have completed identity verification. JuanPlus strives to process all GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and UnionBank are typically processed within the same business day.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method.
• JuanPlus reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 for details.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your JuanPlus account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• JuanPlus does not impose withdrawal fees, though individual payment providers may charge their own processing fees.
• In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, JuanPlus reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified via their registered contact details.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JuanPlus offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined in this section.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement requires ₱10,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, VPNs, or other circumvention methods will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may trigger account suspension.
• Wagering contribution rates vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• JuanPlus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed or wagered within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with active bonus funds — exceeding the specified maximum bet may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.

7Gaming Rules

All games offered on the JuanPlus platform are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. JuanPlus accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All game results at JuanPlus are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by real-time dealer actions in the case of live casino games. JuanPlus games are independently audited for fairness and compliance. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are theoretical long-run averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in any specific playing session.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the JuanPlus platform, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be voided and all stakes returned. This determination is at the sole discretion of JuanPlus.
• JuanPlus reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings where there is evidence of game exploitation, collusion, or use of external software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the JuanPlus platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on JuanPlus, regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used.
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions, access restricted promotions, or obscure your true location.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering — using JuanPlus to process funds derived from illegal activities in any form.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or during verification processes.
• Abusing customer support — including providing false information to support agents or making fraudulent claims about transactions or game outcomes.
• Sharing or selling your JuanPlus account to another person or using another person's account credentials.

JuanPlus employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Decisions on account suspension and forfeiture are made by the JuanPlus compliance team following an investigation and are final unless successfully appealed through our formal dispute process.

9Responsible Gaming

JuanPlus is committed to providing a safe, fun, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming is entertainment — and like all forms of entertainment, it works best when it remains within healthy boundaries. JuanPlus provides several tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

Personal data collected by JuanPlus is used solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and communicating with you about your account and promotions you have opted into. JuanPlus does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention requirements.

11Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any JuanPlus content without explicit prior written permission. Unauthorised use of JuanPlus intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

JuanPlus provides the platform and gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, JuanPlus's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's JuanPlus account at the time the claim arises.

• JuanPlus is not liable for any loss or damage caused by temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• JuanPlus is not responsible for any communications or internet service failures, errors, or omissions that are the responsibility of your service provider.
• Nothing in these Terms limits JuanPlus's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13Account Suspension & Closure

JuanPlus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal use of the platform.
• Conduct that is abusive toward JuanPlus staff, other players, or the platform's integrity.
• Regulatory instruction or legal requirement to do so.

Players may also voluntarily close their JuanPlus account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not meeting withdrawal requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

14Changes to Terms

JuanPlus reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — JuanPlus will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a platform notification and/or email to registered players.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the JuanPlus platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

JuanPlus is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly through our internal support and escalation process before any formal legal proceedings become necessary. Players are encouraged to contact our support team as a first step in any dispute.
